Correct. No setup fees, no monthly fees, no listing fees, no payment processing markups, no cancellation fees. The 5% platform fee is the only deduction from your earnings, ever.
The fee is automatically deducted when we process your payout. You never have to pay anything upfront or out of pocket. We only take our fee when you earn money.
We're committed to transparency and fairness. Any fee changes would be communicated with plenty of advance notice and would only apply to new bookings, never retroactively.

Refunds are processed through our platform. If you issue a refund, you receive back the portion of the fee proportional to the refunded amount. We handle all the complexity.
